- Refrain, Simply put; we believe that this is one of the finest hop-forward beers we have ever produced. Our brewers have worked tirelessly chasing a standard of DIPA excellence across a multitude of parameters; haze, colour, aroma and the finish are all next level, and a testament to the dedication to process and fine detail from our brew team. We've used the late harvest Peacharine, a variety from Freestyle Hops that we've enjoyed getting to know better over the last year. It has imparted a complex stone fruit character; an interplay of peach, apricot, nectarine and plum, with hints of cherry blossom, lime zest and candied orange. We're proud of all of our beers but this one is very special indeed, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
