We are Gipsy Hill Brewery - brewing a better life in South London since 2014. Our passion for beer inspires us to lead a better life, and we want the same for you. We have been employee-owned as of 2021. Nestled at the base of Gipsy Hill in South London, we brew full-flavoured, moreish beers of the highest standard. Every decision we make is led by improving quality, pushing innovation, and engaging with our community. It all started when Charlie and Sam met at craft beer institution The Rake in Borough Market. They’d both heard from a mutual friend that they had the same plans – to build a brewery. They shook hands, drank some beer, got to know each other, and penned a plan to put their stake in the brewing world. And the rest is history!
