- Lanterne Rouge, Back in 2019 we invited our friends from Gipsy Hill up to our brewery. We decided to brew a classic Belgian style, the Flemish Red. We aged the beer in wine barrels for just over a year before returning to the tank to blend. Strong fruit aromas are at the forefront with raspberries, prunes and a bit of spice. A mellow sourness gives a complex yet refreshing finish.
