The Lough Gill Brewery is the first brewery to be located in the Sligo Town borough in over 100 years. A town that once hosted 5 breweries. Beer has no boundary for one of Ireland's youngest commercial Brewers Jordan Donnelly, and since taking on the Head Brewer role in 2018 he has experimented with different flavors and styles ranging from Big Bold Imperial stouts to the thirst quenching range of sours we do.
