From Bee to Bottle! Adams Cider Company is based in Borrisoleigh, County Tipperary and is the second largest cider producer in Ireland. The apples that we press to make our ciders come from our very own prized family orchards in Tara, Co.Meath and in Borrisoleigh. Not only are we fortunate to have rich Irish soil and soft rains to grow great cider apple trees, we even have our own honey bees to pollinate our apple blossoms to help mother nature along. The varieties of bitter sweet cider apples we grow include: Dabinett, Michelin, Ashton Bitter, Yarlington Mill, Gilly, Harry Masters and Chisel Jersey.
