- Wooden Cleat (Chestnut), Chestnut Double Barrel-aged Wooden Cleat is our 13.5% blend of the same barleywines that were aged for five months in awoodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon Barrels before being transferred to a new toasted Chestnut Puncheon to double barrel age for an additional 10 months. After the double barrel it was allowed to cold condition for an extended period. The result is an equally complex beer filled with caramel, and vanilla flavors balanced by sweet toffee notes from the chestnut
