- Rye Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch (2021), Rye Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch is our Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple syrup and aged in a blend of Willet, Heaven Hill, and Woodford Reserve Rye barrels for almost two years. Along with the dark roast Rook coffee, this blend received Kortinje Cinnamon that lends more of a cinnamon roll pastry profile to the beer, while the rye brings a traditional oaky coconut profile with overtones of citrus, honey, and baking spices.
