- Bourbon Barrel-Aged Sunday Brunch (2021), Bourbon Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch is our Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple syrup and aged in a blend of Willett, Weller, and Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for almost two years then conditioned on cinnamon and dark roast Rook coffee. This blend has all the traditional Sunday Brunch notes of coffee, cinnamon, and maple backed by layers of caramel, coconut, and chocolate from the careful selection of bourbon barrels.
