- Barrel Aged Dual Singularity, BA Dual Singularity was aged for 15 months in Vanilla Bourbon Barrels and conditioned on Fiji & Bolivia cacao nibs, Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla, and our local DeFilippi’s Black & White cookies. Barrel Aged Dual Singularity pours pitch black with a caramel head with aromas of bakers chocolate, vanilla custard, and under-baked gooey sugar cookies. These aromas lead into flavors of Devil’s food cake, vanilla bean pudding, cookie dough, and torched cream brûlée morphing into a velvety mouthfeel that is accompanied by a touch of bourbon soul fire and a caramel vanilla finish from the charred barrel presence. Please enjoy at 55º or above to take advantage of the complex flavors!
