- Keeping Memories - Blend 4, Keeping Memories Blend 4 is made using a solera style of fractional blending to generate an ale with a unique distribution of aged components. This longstanding project was started with Keeping Together Beer, and will always have a part of the previous blends in it with the average age gradually increasing over time as it harmonizes. Batch 4 spent time in oak before being conditioned on pears before its final bottle conditioning prior to release. Keeping Memories Blend 4 is stunningly complex with soft and balanced flavors of honeysuckle, gentle pear, and mild citrus throughout. An effervescent, clean, and crisp profile lingers in each sip with an intentionally balanced acidity, making this an option for the beer and wine drinker alike.
