Uncharted Brew Co. (Antwerp, BE) A one-man brewery doing things the untraditional way - small batches, big ideas, no compromises. Based in the heart of Antwerp, Uncharted Brew Co. is all about brewing on instinct, not instruction. Every beer produced is a one-off: no core range, no flagships, no repeats. Just what I feel like brewing, when I feel like brewing it. Expect loud, hop-forward IPAs, refreshing fruity sours, and stouts with a dark, decadent edge. Sometimes the beers go tropical. Sometimes they go tart. Sometimes they just go full chaos. But always with flavour, fire, and a firm middle finger to the boring and the bland. No marketing department. No sales team. No limits.
