Hawkshead Brewery

Hawkshead brewery founded in 2002, in a barn just outside the village of Hawkshead in the Lake District, as one of the new wave of craft brewers, creating highly hopped flavorsome beers, which were rarely seen on cask. Since the original beer hall and brewery was established in Staveley, the brewery has gone on to open a secondary large brewery in Flookburgh. Our range is an eclectic mix of beers inspired both by the flavoursome hops of the new world and classic European styles and flavours. We use local Lake District water that falls on the hills and is filtered through mineral rocks which are great for brewing. The fresh mineral rich water which enhances the unique and refreshing flavour of our beers today.
