The Most Honored Eastern European Bartenders Crew in a friendly alliance with Symbiotica presents tepache – refreshing beverage naturally fermented on peel and rind of pineapples, sweetened with piloncillo – unrefined whole cane sugar, and seasoned with cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Served cold but warms any heart with ‘warm’ spices!
* There’s no tepache style on Untappd however we dared to enter ours into the Ginger Beer section since the origin of bacteria, technology of fermentation, conditions and parameters are just the same, with ginger replaced by pineapple.
