- Culture Shock, As this little brewery tucked away in North Wales has continued to grow, so too has our ability to access hop varietals that we could only dream of when we first started back in that snowy January of 2018. Culture Shock is a full on celebration of the great golden goose missing from our arsenal before now; containing our first ever use of the world-renowned Nelson Sauvin varietal. Expect fresh crushed gooseberries, huge swathes of passionfruit, and white wine grapes, paired up with a high intensity fruit-bowl of tropical notes from Freestyle hop blends The Betty and The Bruce.
