- Pixel Perfect, Single Hop Citra Pale Ale. Citra barely needs any introduction, but let's go ahead and give it it's due, anyway... One of our absolute favourite hops, we decided to let this shine and shine and shine, all on its own. If you enjoyed hOptical, our NZ Pale, you'll find the same soft, lush malt and fruity yeast profiles here but with Citra taking centre stage, this time, to create those signature citrus, grapefruit, melon, and tropical fruit notes we have all come to know and love. Dashes of lychee and passion fruit lie underneath and combine beautifully to give a balancing, fresh bitterness to round things out... Citra is a superstar hop, for good reason and works so well with a huge array of other hops in so many of the the juicy beers out there today. Tonight though, it's Citra's solo act.
