- Polyghost, Here is the third and last birthday collab with the one and only Ophiussa Brewing ! After 2 collabs at his place, the wonderful Setubal, and several meetings with Daniel, one of the nicest guys we met in the beer industry, it was time to get a return collab ! We decided to brew the “biggest” beer of these 3 releases and show you one more time our shared passion for saturated and hazy beer. Polyghost is a Triple New England IPA bursting at 9,2% and saturated with Nectaron, Citra, CRYO Citra, Strata and GCX Strata… This TIPA will let shine wonderful pineapple and peach flavors, citrus-like notes followed by very dank flavors, strawberry, melon and some funky bubblegum. Hops : Nectaron, Citra, CRYO Citra, Strata & GCX Strata
