- Vietraź: Žuraviny I Razmaryn, We simply cannot spend the summer without releasing Vietraź - our neoclassical Belgian witbier. And although there is very little time left, August is more than perfect for our new release. Belgian witbier is a truly ideal brew, but we like to take risks and this time we replaced the usual ingredients with strange and very interesting ones. Instead of classic coriander, we added fresh, piquant, piney rosemary, and instead of citrus zest, we aged our Vietraź on an incredibly fragrant local cranberry puree. But we did it very sparingly, prudently, so as not to hide the main thing behind the taste of berries - a balanced and almost crunchy witbier, a companion to your best summer memories.
