This time, we hopped our German-style pilsner with the local Tradition hops of the 2025 harvest, which filled Ručaj with pleasant aromas of dried wildflowers and a chilly wind. While long lagering at low temperatures and a reliable yeast strain did the rest. A glass of our Ručaj is as fresh and crisp as water from icy winter springs!
