It's pretty intense now. We were always in this ambiguous relationship with pineapple. We wished we could find a way to work with it but the fermentation profile was so far from the fresh fruit. And we didn't want to use pineapple aromas to enhance that. Instead, we tried to work with a fruit combination that leaves pineapple as the star of this beer.
