- Cēlais Mežonis 2019 (Noble Savage), A unique beer from our 2019. coolship season. After catching some wild yeasts near our Eimuri brewery during November, it has been sitting around in wooden barrels for more than a year and lavishly dryhopped before bottling. This dry beer combines the best of the world of spontaneous fermentation with the contemporary lust for a juicy hop flavour. The spiciness of wild yeast esters and phenols is complemented by the tropical fruitiness of Galaxy hops, which makes this beer refreshing and uniquely modern, while keeping its savage roots perspicuous.
