- Photon Squared, While the Photon Squared label pays homage to physicists imaging a photon for the very first time, the liquid inside uses an MC² hop bill and yeast strain studied by Dr. Laura Burns, Omega Yeast’s Director of Research and Development. Her work studies the HZY1 gene in yeast and its interactions with proteins and hops to promote haze stability. Photon Squared offers big notes of ripe mango, intense orange, papaya smoothie, and dank apricot, all tied together in a great mouthfeel and a blast of raw hops with a pointed bitterness to help round everything out.
