- WILD#21 Mixed Fermentation Ale Forest Blueberry Basil, Piwo, które 14 miesięcy fermentowało w foederze, gdzie rozwijało swoje unikalne cechy i charakter. Przez kolejne 4 miesiące wprowadziliśmy do fermentacji świeżo zebrane polskie jagody leśne, dodając piwu owocową nutę i intensywność. Tuż przed rozlewem, zapragnęliśmy jeszcze bardziej podkreślić charakter tego piwa, dlatego infuzowaliśmy je świeżą bazylią. This beer was fermented for 14 months in the foeder, where it developed its unique features and character. Over the next 4 months, we introduced freshly picked Polish forest berries into the fermentation, adding a fruity note and intensity to the beer. Just before bottling, we wanted to emphasize the character of this beer even more, so we infused it with fresh basil.
