- Jopejskie BBA | Coffee & Dates, Premiered at Beer Geek Madness 2025 The latest version of Jopejskie beer, brewed in 2024, and aged in bourbon barrels since then. This is probably the most unique beer brewed by Stu Mostów, with an extremely high original gravity due to the use of a large amount of malt and a very long boil, followed by a complex fermentation with our yeast. All of this results in a thick, aromatic, and multi-dimensional beer. In this version, dates and Arara Brazil coffee beans were added. The dates enhance the syrupy notes, introducing hints of dried sweet fruits, while the coffee beautifully balances the beer with roasted flavors and coffee notes.
