- Imperial Stout | Maple Barrel Aged, A thick, full-bodied Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in barrels that previously held American maple syrup. These exceptional barrels were first used to age bourbon and then filled with rich maple syrup, a combination that infused the beer with deep notes of vanilla, sweet syrup, molasses, dark fruits and warming spices. This time it is a pure barrel-aged stout, with no adjuncts, only the raw character of the beer and the barrel. Released in very limited quantities, available only in kegs.
