- Berliner Weisse Strawberry (2025+), Berliner Weisse is a hazy, sour, wheat beer with low alcohol content. It’s a regional, historical style originating from northern Germany, especially Berlin, where it has been brewed since the 16th century. Thanks to acidification with lactic acid bacteria, this beer gains its characteristic, refreshing tartness. A Polish twist comes in the form of ripe strawberries, added as a purée during the later stages of fermentation and conditioning — giving the beer a beautiful pink hue and fruity aroma. Sparkling bubbles complete the experience, creating a drink some affectionately call “beer prosecco”. New look and improved taste!
