- Pax Pils, The passing of craftsmanship and tradition from father to son and of master brewer on master brewer-is one of the important values of Brewery Cornelissen. In 1918 the 3rd generation brewer, Jaak Cornelissen, brought this pilsner to the market in remembrance of World War 1 and named it PAX after the ‘Goddess of Peace’. A delicious malty Lager brewed according to the old Belgian ‘pils’ brewingtradition.
