- 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek Oogst 2020 (season 20|21) Blend No. 61, bottling date: 20/07/2021 This Schaarbeekse Kriek has macerated for a full twelve months. We used locally grown and hand-picked Schaarbeekse sour cherries and lambikken originating from five different barrels and nine different brews, both young and two-year old lambikken. This way, the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling was still well over 17 months. The final fruit intensity is 347 grams of Schaarbeekse sour cherries per litre of Schaarbeekse. In the brews, half of the cereals used was sourced in Brabant, Belgium. NL 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek wordt bekomen door de trage maceratie van lokale handgeplukte volle Schaarbeekse krieken op traditionele lambik. Zonder toevoeging van sappen, siropen, of suikers. Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek est la lente macération de griottes entières dans du lambik traditionnel. Sans jus, sirops ou édulcorants ajoutés. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek is the result of macerating local hand-picked Schaarbeekse cherries on traditional lambik. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
