- 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek Oogst 2020 (season 20|21) Blend No. 22, Bottling date: 27/01/2021 For this Schaarbeekse Kriek, we sourced Schaarbeekse sour cherries from 70+ local families’ orchards. We macerated them for almost seven months. For macerating and blending, we used lambikken from three barrels and five brews. A part of the unblended kriekenlambik was used for the 23rd blend (a Speling) that was only blended with a small part of young lambik to make it an Intens Rood - Schaarbeekse edition. This Schaarbeekse’s fruit intensity is 375 grams of Schaarbeekse sour cherries per litre. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik. NL 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek wordt bekomen door de trage maceratie van lokale handgeplukte volle Schaarbeekse krieken op traditionele lambik Zonder toevoeging van sappen, siropen, of suikers. Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek est la lente macération de griottes entières dans du lambik traditionnel. Sans jus, sirops ou édulcorants ajoutés. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek is the result of macerating local hand-picked Schaarbeekse cherries on traditional lambik. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
