- 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze (season 19|20) Blend No. 1, bottling date: 29/10/2019 For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from seven different barrels and eight different brews. The majority of these lambikken were two years old upon blending and only a minor part of jonge lambik was used. The oldest lambik was brewed in the last days of 2016. This bottle has been aging for another 16 months in our cellar prior to release. NL 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is een assemblage van lambikken van één, twee en minstens drie jaar oud. Spontaan vergist. Gerijpt op eiken vaten. Lange bewaring op fles. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze est un assemblage de lambics d’un, deux et au moins trois ans d’âge. Fermenté spontanément. Élevé en fûts de chêne. Longue conservation en bouteille. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
