- 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend (season 21|22) Blend No. 53, bottling date: 23/03/2022 For this Golden Blend, we blended lambikken originating from four different barrels, six different brews and three different brewers. Almost half of the volume is a two-year-old lambik and almost one third is five-year-old lambik. As such, the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling is almost 35 months. Of the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken, half of the cereals were sourced with our own Pajottenland cereal circle. Upon bottling, we added a bit of our own honey.
