- 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston (season 23|24) Blend No. 29, bottling date 13/02/2024 For this fourth blend in the first series of fully organic Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended one-, two- and three-year old lambikken originating from four different barrels and foudres and about thirteen different brews. While blending, we added some organic chestnut flower honey. All cereals used in these brews originate from Pajottenland from within our cereal collective, and 36% of the grains are heirloom land races. A tad less than half of the blend consists of jonge lambik, the rest of the blend is made up of old lambikken. The resulting weighted average age upon bottling is more than 22 months.
