- 3 Fonteinen Intens Rood (season 23|24) Blend No. 5, bottling date: 19/12/2024 For this Oude Kriek Intens Rood, we macerated sour cherries on traditional one- and two-year old lambik, before blending with some more young lambik. Intens(e) means that the fruit intensity of this fruit lambik clocks at more than 540 grams of sour cherries per litre of finished Kriek. We blended seven different lambikken, all brewed with raw wheat and malt originating from Pajottenland, sourced in our Cereal Collective. The weigted average age of this blend is more than twelve months. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
