- 3 Fonteinen Framboos Oogst 2019 (season 19|20) Blend No. 14, bottling date: 18/12/2019 This Framboos was created with raspberries from Ferme Framboos from beautiful Huldenberg. We macerated these for three months on jonge lambik from three different barrels and three different brews. We blended with another two jonge lambikken from two different barrels. The final fruit intensity is 284 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik. NL 3 Fonteinen Framboos is de trage maceratie van handgeplukte volle frambozen op traditionele lambik. Zonder toegevoegde sappen, siropen of zoetstoffen. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Framboos est la lente macération de framboises entières, cueillies à la main , dans du lambik traditionnel. Sans jus, sirops ou édulcorants ajoutés. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Framboos is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole raspberries on traditional lambik. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
