The lambikken used come from three barrels and six different brews. We used a bit of our own lambik wort to start the fermentation in the bottle. NL 3 Fonteinen Framboos is de trage maceratie van handgeplukte volle frambozen op traditionele lambik. Zonder toegevoegde sappen, siropen of zoetstoffen. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd.
