- 3 Fonteinen Braambes Oogst 2021 (season 21|22) Blend No. 49, 16/03/2022 | For this Braam, we macerated Huldenberg grown and hand-picked blackberries for almost four months in very old lambik. This blends consists for more than 20% of three-year-old and 60% of four-year-old lambikken, bringing the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 31 months. The final fruit intensity is 360 grams of blackberries per litre of finished Braam. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
