These barrels underwent an additional season of wood ageing on top of the traditional process. EXPERIENCE Wood and texture are at the heart of this expression. Vanilla notes from the bourbon barrels support the cherry aromas, which gain extra richness from the cherry wine. This bottle represents our search for an extravagant cherry lambic with a profound, wine driven character.
