- SUZI DRY, ITALIANO - Al naso ha note delicate e fresche di fiori bianchi e uva fragola. In bocca si sovrappongono aromi leggermente vinosi e morbidi sentori di prugna, sostenuti da una gradevole quanto blanda acidità che rende la birra alquanto beverina, rendendo il grado alcolico difficilmente riconoscibile. Il finale chiude sulla freschezza delle note pepate che ben si armonizzano con la delicatezza dei cereali impiegati per produrla. SUZI DRY è una birra piacevolissima da abbinare con i dolci ma che può anche accompagnare tortelli (di zucca ovviamente), gnocchetti, primi piatti con condimenti leggeri o formaggi dolci. ENGLISH - Its scent is full of gentle and fresh notes of white flowers and Isabella grape. Its taste is a combination of slightly winey aromas and smooth notes of plum, supported by a pleasant and light acidity which makes this beer very easy to drink and hides the alcohol content. The finish is characterized by hints of pepper which perfectly blend with the mild cereals used in the production process.
