- Paul, An homage to our traveling friend Paul Edwards, who can be found in dusty places in and about Amsterdam. A Bourbon Barrel aged golden amber sour, with a legion of Brettanomyces as it primary fermentation culture. Hints of whiskey and gentle light malts permeate this mixed fermentation beer. "Paul" he who spreads the gospel of "Analytically, Reverent, Zymurgy". We and much of the beer world just call him, A Friend.
