- Tree of Promise, Tree of Promise is a blended stout and barleywine hybrid featuring threads from our barrel program artfully blended with a fresh barleywine. It contains 60% stout and barleywine aged for over two years in bourbon barrels blended with 40% of a fresh batch of barleywine that has shown caramel forward characteristics. The resulting beer is sublimely complex, with notes of molten toffee, caramel, light chocolate, and uncut bourbon. This beer will age gracefully for years. Enjoy now or well into the future! Cheers!
