Featuring a select portion of bourbon barrel-aged barleywine blended with a fresh batch, it is a cohesive beer that balances a chewy body with the luscious smell and potency of bourbon and vanilla-like oak. We taste and smell brown sugar, dark Candi syrup, toffee, molasses, fig, black cherry, raisins, caramel bourbon candy, dates, and a hint of milk chocolate. This beer will age gracefully stored cold for up to two years. Enjoy!
