- Persevere, Persevere is a barrel-blended Imperial Stout featuring 17% bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout of various ages and 83% fresh stout. The blend was then conditioned upon heaps of coconut, vanilla, and cacao nibs. The finished beer has incredible complexity with notes of liquid fudge complemented by toasted coconut, gentle waves of vanilla, and pleasant whispers of oaky bourbon. Decadent, well-rounded, and artfully crafted, Perseverance is a beer to revere and celebrate - enjoy!
