- Curiosity One Hundred Eight, Curiosity One Hundred Eight is an experimental Double IPA that is brewed primarily to learn the brewing attributes of our 2020 hop selections. Selecting hops on the table is an art in and of itself; however, how those selections translate into the beer requires further understanding. What we learn from this batch will be applied to all of our beer to make it better. the resulting beer here is citrus juice to the absolute max - wow!
