- Trīsvienība (Trinity), At least three different yeast strains have taken part in the fermentation of this bronze age braggot. For over a year each strain has fermented same braggot in a different vessel, including Tokaji wine barrels. A few months before bottling they have been blended and further aged on oak chips. This type of ageing softens the complex experience of the yeast blend and leaves a pleasant aftertaste of this truly nordic fermented beverage.
