Пиво:
- Selfish Session, Our very first beer, Brewed to be a thirst quencher for Kurt and Gino only (hence 'Selfish') while cleaning up and remodeling the brewery when we bought the old brewing equipment. We just wanted robust flavour, nice bitter profile but still in balance with the malt character, fresh, well attenuated and not too strong(I sorrowfully admit us having a hard time hiding our love for more potent beers ...) ; enabling us to stay in normal working condition (hence 'session')while pouring concrete floors, painting, installing brewing equipment and just generally sweating our asses off. Over the months, the recipe evolved and as our friends started loving the beer more and more (that is what friends are for, right ?) we ended up putting an actual label on it and the 'Selfish Session' was officially born :)
