The old lambic, from two barrels and two brews, accounts for 40% of the blend and the oldest portion was brewed on 12th of January 2016. Weigh-ted average age of the blend upon bottling was 19 months.3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old lambics. Traditional Lambic is cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
