Chimay Rouge (Baptisée Première) — траппистский дюббель от бельгийской пивоварни Chimay. Cтарейшее пиво из линейки Chimay, его первая варка датируется 1862 годом. У него непростая судьба — во время войны пивоварня по понятным причинам не работала, и после монахам пришлось потрудиться, чтобы воссоздать со всей точностью оригинальный рецепт. Chimay Rouge обладает медным цветом и букетом из абрикосов, цветов и свежей листвы. Во вкусе карамель, фруктовая сладость, легкая хмелевая горчинка. Великолепно сбалансированное пиво, которое отлично освежает и замечательно пьется.
