- Thunder Roll, We love our brew recipes to be jacked, and we work them till they reach our vision of greatness. That’s why with our new New England IPA, Thunder Roll, we changed things up and gave it a malt makeover. We also reduced boiling time to get the lightest, brightest color possible – all to remind us of the sun during a vanishing Indian summer. We threw in Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra for a double dry hopping, and together they add up to a powerful tropical aroma with a minimum level of bitterness. Cheers!
